How does paying on receipt of bill work?

As the name suggests, you simply pay for the energy you’ve used once you’ve received a quarterly bill.

You can pay:

  • Through your online account 
  • By phone, on 0800 169 0220
  • At your nearest Post Office or PayPoint – just take your bill with you to pay by cash, debit or credit card
