What if my meter reading is incorrect?

If you think your meter reading is incorrect, you can supply your own.  Just log into your account or call us free on 0800 169 0220.

If you think your meter isn’t working properly, please call us straight away on 0800 169 0220.

For those with a pay as you go meter, we probably won’t need to read the meter as we automatically get readings when you top up your credit.
