Can I make payments over the phone or online?

If you’ve got a Pay As You Go meter then you won’t be able to top up your credit online – you’ll normally need to visit a Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone.

If you’re having problems with your credit, call our customer service team for free on 0800 169 0220. We’ll be ready to take your call between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or between 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
