One of the easiest way of paying for your energy is by Direct Debit which is a simple, safe and convenient way to make a regular payments. Angelic Energy customers can either choose to pay by fixed Direct Debit on a monthly basis, or by variable Direct Debit on a quarterly basis.

Fixed Direct Debits are for the an equal amount each month, based on an estimate of how much energy you have used. It is still important to submit regular meter readings so that we can ensure that the fixed amount is correct. We will review the level of your fixed Direct Debit twice per year. Payments are taken on a set day each month, and your will receive a quarterly statement for your information. This will show any positive or negative balance on your account.

Variable Direct Debits are based on your actual usage, so different amounts of money be deducted from your bank account on each occasion. If we don’t have up-to-date meter readings for your property, we will use estimates. The payment is automatically taken out of your account on an agreed date every three months and you will receive a quarterly statement for your information approximately 14 days before this.

Alternatively, customers can wait until they receive their bill, and then make a payment. Bills are issued quarterly, and can be paid online, by calling our automated payments line 24 hours per day, or by taking your bill to any Post Office or PayPoint outlet. Find your nearest PayPoint outlet.
