How to pay your bill

One of the easiest way of paying for your energy is by Direct Debit which is a simple, safe and convenient way to make a regular payments. Angelic Energy customers can either choose to pay by fixed Direct Debit on a monthly basis, or by variable Direct Debit on a quarterly basis.

Alternatively you can pay when you receive your statement. Bills are issued quarterly, and can be paid online, by calling our automated payments line 24 hours per day, or by taking your bill to any Post Office or PayPoint outlet.

Pay As You Go

Pay As You Go gives you complete control over your energy bills. You use a meter to pay for your energy as you use it.

This allows you to plan your spending and if you regularly top up the meter when you are not using as much energy, you can use the credit in the winter.

It’s very simple way to keep control of your spending. Just top up your gas or electricity at any Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone then insert card or key into your meter and that’s it!

Big energy companies often charge higher prices to Pay As You Go customers. At Angelic Energy we offer great deals and customer support to Pay As You Go customers, it was one of the reasons we were created!

Moving home

Don’t worry, we’ll help to make sure you don’t have to worry about your gas and electricity. Just call our dedicated team on 0800 169 0220 and let us know your moving date.

All you’ll need to do is tell us the meter reading at your old home before you leave. We’ll send you your final bill and get your energy set-up in your new home.
